Jackets and Vests For Women

In the 1980s and early 1990s, Outdoor Research built a reputation on functional, quality outdoor gear that pushed the limits of innovative possibility. Founder, Ron Gregg led a function-forward approach to creating solutions that allowed people to safely explore the outdoors with the very best protection. Today, Outdoor Research still manufactures, sells, and earns awards for clothing products year after year. This gear stands the test of time.

Outdoor Research operates out of two U.S. factories, one that shares their corporate headquarters in Seattle, and another in Los Angeles. Being steps away from their production floors allows Outdoor Research to create, test, improve, and distribute protective equipment with the greatest speed and efficiency. Because this gear is tested in the most extreme environments by their military partners, Outdoor Research is able to leverage the same materials, techniques, and products for the outdoors.
